My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was ready when I checked in, but the price was a bit high for what was offered. The hotel staff were helpful with my bags but lacked friendliness and made me concerned about my credit card information. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants, while the dining experience was good overall, although limited for specific dietary preferences.

The hotel rooms were beautiful, with extremely comfortable beds and high-quality facilities, providing everything we needed. However, the stay was affected by a neighboring yappy dog, which was quite annoying.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern and clean rooms equipped with everything I needed. The ultra-modern bathroom was a standout feature, but the room size was slightly smaller than expected. The service was top-notch, especially from the understanding manager Matt who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was excellent for accessing the marina and nearby attractions, though noise could be an issue for rooms facing the street. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of high-quality options, and the facilities were great overall.

The hotel was really cute and clean, with a Dyson fan to circulate the air in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the HUGE bathroom with a double shower was perfection. Despite being 28 degrees at 2 am, even with all windows open, it was just enough.

I loved the cute and clean room with the Dyson fan and the comfortable bed. The HUGE bathroom with a double shower was a dream. Despite the heat, the room was just right.

The staff were great and very accommodating, even when I arrived hours before check-in time. They went above and beyond, taking my heavy cases up, although they didn't know anything about my history. The room service and housekeeping were excellent, and I also enjoyed the welcome drink.
Location
8.0
The hotel is close to a variety of sights and very ideal if you'll be heading to the docks as it's not a far walk. It's very central, but a good walk from the railway station and cruise port terminals. My room on the front was noisy due to the age of the building and lack of soundproofing as expected.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was part of our room tariff and was top quality. I enjoyed the good choice of cereals, juices, pastries, and the menu options. The breakfast provided a range of cooked breakfasts to cereals and pastries, all very nice. However, there was a slight issue as I felt blocked in the bathroom, and the waitress serving us seemed new and in training.
Facilities

The hotel had great facilities overall, with a nice pool area and typical Corsican products served in the dining area.

The service is exceptional, very friendly and helpful, with professional and welcoming staff willing to accommodate any request. The location is fantastic for walking around local restaurants and bars, also ideal for heading to the docks or exploring Southampton town center.
