Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was ready when I checked in, but the price was a bit high for what was offered. The hotel staff were helpful with my bags but lacked friendliness and made me concerned about my credit card information. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants, while the dining experience was good overall, although limited for specific dietary preferences.
The hotel rooms were beautiful, with extremely comfortable beds and high-quality facilities, providing everything we needed. However, the stay was affected by a neighboring yappy dog, which was quite annoying.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern and clean rooms equipped with everything I needed. The ultra-modern bathroom was a standout feature, but the room size was slightly smaller than expected. The service was top-notch, especially from the understanding manager Matt who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was excellent for accessing the marina and nearby attractions, though noise could be an issue for rooms facing the street. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of high-quality options, and the facilities were great overall.
The hotel was really cute and clean, with a Dyson fan to circulate the air in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the HUGE bathroom with a double shower was perfection. Despite being 28 degrees at 2 am, even with all windows open, it was just enough.
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms at night with complimentary drinks available, with pleasant pub music below. The service is exceptional, very friendly and helpful, with professional and welcoming staff willing to accommodate any request. The location is fantastic for walking around local restaurants and bars, also ideal for heading to the docks or exploring Southampton town center. The dining experience was lovely despite a later start time, offering traditional dishes. Overall, a great hotel with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel rooms were comfortable with good amenities, although the noise from Oxford Street was a downside. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, but some inconveniences during dining were noted. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant surroundings, with ample dining options nearby.
